All About Hemp
- Hemp is an environmentally positive crop. It improves the soil quality as it grows, requires no herbicides, and is naturally resistant to insects, fungus and other pests. Hemp is gentle on the land.

The federal government subsidized hemp during the Second #World War & U.S. farmers grew about a million acres of hemp as part of that program. #The bark of the hemp stalk contains fibers that are among the Earth’s longest natural soft fibers, which are rich in cellulose. Hemp fiber is longer, stronger, more absorbent and more insulating than cotton fiber.
