Returns & Exchanges

At GreenEarth Wear we want you to be pleased with every purchase. We are offering products to get excited about! If you need to return an item you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return items need to be in new, original and resalable condition.

We do not accept products that have been worn, washed or soiled in any way. Blankets that have been taken out of their packaging are not returnable. Due to hygienic reasons, underwear, towels, and body care items are not returnable. There is a 20% restock fee on all returns.

Sale, discontinued, and bundled items are not returnable.

At GreenEarth Wear's discretion, we may offer a store credit for these sale items that will include the normal restocking fee of 20%.

Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

We will replace defective items at our expense. When products are returned to us and upon inspection are proved not to be defective, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.

Requesting a Return or Exchange:

  1. Submit the following information to us by email. Within 48 hours we will email you an RA (Return Authorization Number) and provide return shipping instructions.
  2. After receiving a Return Authorization Number, re-package the product to be returned. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the person returning the item(s). Include tags (when applicable) and original invoice if possible. Be sure to write your RA # on the outside of the package. Returns without the RA # on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
  3. For Returns: Send the box to us via insured mail. All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid. Credit card refunds will be placed on the same card that was used for the placement of the original order. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show on your account.
  4. For Exchanges: Order the new product the same as when placing the original order. We will credit your account when the returned merchandise is received.
